Shipping charges

Coffeetales company ships products nationwide with courier companies, as well as transport companies to better serve its customers.

Minimum order cost is €3. For orders over €69, shipping is free and the shipping method depends on the size of the order. For large orders (volume and weight) shipping with a transport company is chosen.

If you choose shipping with Box Now, the shipping fee is €2.00. Cash on delivery is not available with Box Now.

If you choose the "Cash on delivery" payment method, then you incur an additional fee of €1.90.

In case of shipping with a transport company, the order is paid by depositing into a bank account or using a credit card.

Orders placed by 14:00 are delivered the same day to the carrier, if the products are available. You will receive your order within 1-3 working days depending on the place of delivery.

In any case, as soon as the order is completed, the customer is informed of the progress of the order by e-mail and by phone in case his assistance is required to complete the order.
